Alterian, partnered with SPSS, offers a tool that lets marketers maximize the initiatives they make with potential customers. The Alterian Modeling solution helps companies devise marketing strategies and target profitable audiences using predictive analysis methods on customer behavior, a data analysis engine, and data mining components.
Users can build decision tree maps, which segment potential and past customers into groups based on their demographics and purchasing histories. The tool also purports to boost a marketing campaign's efficiency by calculating the likelihood of certain customers responding to direct market mailings.
Another feature lets you estimate products and services that existing customers are mostly likely to purchase next based on customer profiles.
Alterian Modeling's driving engine stores data by column and uses multi-indexing capabilities. Users view information such as sum of sales, average order size, total transaction fees, and other measurements in a metadata layer.
Alterian Modeling is available in both Europe and North America.
