Enterprise integration and real-time visibility merge in this jointly offered business activity monitoring (BAM), best-of-breed venture.

Informatica's PowerCenterRT and PowerAnalyzer, and WebMethods' Integration Platform form a BAM platform that connects data integration, process integration, and real-time visibility. A Business Activity Platform Adapter, which allows for the products' interoperability, is included.

The two companies say that Hewlett-Packard and Accenture will be their preferred systems integrators for customers.
