The analysis is used to generate sales leads and ideas for product development, for example. Ordinary business users can train the recognition engine through a wizard interface. Average cost for the hosted version is $120,000 to $170,000 for the first year and $60,000 to $120,000 per year thereafter. The local version will start at $150,000.
